At the front of the house on the ground floor, with a view to the Abbey, is the room dedicated to the Goddess of inspiration, alchemy and healing: Brighde, Bridie, Bride.
As She holds the space between the winter and spring, this room is decorated in green and white and has a mural of Bridie’s Imbolc snowdrops by Marion Brigantia and a ‘real’ Brighde hearthfire. It also has paintings by Tiana Pitman, Caroline Lir and Jo Jayson.
The Brighde room has a little side room, which makes it perfect for visiting groups as they can leave their belongings there while out on the land or visiting the town.
The room can hold around 20 people seated and offers a good space for trainings, ceremonies, workshops and visiting groups.
